1. Scope
This policy applies to fees paid to Growth Engine India for services. It does not cover advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Google or Meta, or third-party software subscriptions, which follow those providers' own refund terms.
2. Growth Audit and fixed-scope projects
- Before kickoff: if you cancel in writing within 48 hours of payment and before the kickoff call, you receive a full refund.
- After kickoff: fees for work already started are non-refundable, because our team's time is reserved and used for your project.
- Milestone projects: paid milestones that have been delivered are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-milestone, we refund the unused part of that milestone's fee in proportion to work not yet done, after deducting committed third-party costs.
3. Monthly retainers
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
- Fees for the current month and the notice period are non-refundable. No further invoices are raised after the notice period ends.
- If we end a retainer without cause, we refund any fees paid for the period after the termination date.
4. If something is not right
If a deliverable does not match what was agreed in the Agreement, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it at no extra cost. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the fee for that deliverable.
5. How refunds are paid
Email your request to info@growthengine.in with your invoice number. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days and paid to the original payment method or bank account. Bank or payment gateway processing may take another 5 to 7 working days. GST on refunded amounts is adjusted through a credit note as required by law.
